Generally this includes property owners and Real Estate agents.
Do I have to upload pictures of my property?
No, but it is highly recommended. Giving prospective buyers a glimpse of your property for sale greatly increases your chances of selling it.
You want to do everything possible to make your property appealing to prospective buyers, words alone may not do it.
I do not have any pictures right now. Can I still post a listing?
Yes. If you do not have photos at this time, you can
always add them to your listing later.
DwellSell
offers you the ability to post up to 4 digital images of your property, although
you can decide to not include any photos if you wish.
Can I edit, change or delete my listing at any time?
Log in with your email address and password to access your listing and make changes at any time.
Is it safe to list my property information on
DwellSell?
DwellSell.com
respects your privacy. You decide how much information appears on your listing
and how prospective buyers are able to inquire about your listing.

will never share or sell any information that you provide.
Does DwellSell
receive any fees or commissions from property listings?

never takes a fee or commission from any sale.

is not an auction site, and no sale ever occurs through this site.

entirely up to both parties and/or their agents to communicate and arrange
anything from a showing to a sales transaction.
Do all listings submitted to
DwellSell
get listed?
Generally yes, but we do not tolerate any offensive or racial language, images or illegal content. We reserve the right to revise, reject or remove any such listing from our site without notice.
My listing was not published to the site. What is going on?
Please visit the email account that you provided when creating your listing. You will find a confirmation email that requires you to click on a link before your listing becomes “live” on the site.
I did not receive the confirmation email.
A confirmation email is generally sent immediately after a listing is completed. However, if you do not receive a confirmation email after several minutes, there was likely a problem with the email address you provided. If the email you entered when creating the listing is invalid you will not receive a confirmation email and your listing will not be published.
Can I find a Realtor on
DwellSell
to help me buy or sell my home?
Yes. We offer our customers the ability to find a Realtor in your local area or in an area where you are interested in purchasing property.
I own a real estate brokerage. Can I post a listing to cover the whole staff?
Yes. You can create a profile for an entire firm and post the firm's listings. Individual agents should also consider creating individual profiles to promote their own skills, styles and listings.
Why won't

accept my image?
DwellSell.com
will only accept JPEG images. Please make sure that your images are saved as
.jpeg or .jpg before uploading them with your listing.
